I enjoy solving complex product problems and turning research, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive, and shippable experiences. In Figma, I create user flows, prototypes, polished interfaces, and scalable design systems that balance user needs with business outcomes. My approach combines creative thinking with practical decision-making to ensure every solution is meaningful and buildable.
I also lead design teams and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, using Jira to align design with sprints and roadmaps. I enjoy mentoring designers, improving workflows, and bringing clarity to challenging projects. I value open communication and constructive feedback throughout the design process. I also build the automation behind the experience. I design and ship n8n workflows that connect AI models, APIs and business tools, so the product and the process around it work together.

// Why Me
I tie design decisions to metrics the business already tracks, such as feature adoption, support tickets and NPS.
18+ years in UX. The last few have been in AI product design. I run research, set design direction, and build the n8n and AI workflows that sit behind the product. I lead a team of 8 to 10 designers and researchers through all of it.
I lead 8 to 10 designers and researchers across product lines, with a shared design system so quality holds as HRMS, Wellness, Rewards, and Onboarding grow.
From Axtria's life-sciences cloud (DataMAx, SalesIQ, CustomerIQ) to Advantage Club's employee-experience suite, designed as connected workflows.
// GenAI-Powered UX
I use AI at every stage of my design process, and I design AI features that people can trust. Tools speed up the work. People still make the calls.
I define what triggers the AI, when it can act on its own, when a person has to approve, what the user sees when the model is unsure or wrong, and which metric proves it is working.
Turn interview notes and transcripts into themes, opportunity areas, and a design direction stakeholders can act on.
I explore several directions in a morning, then review them as critically as I would a junior designer's first draft.
I build n8n workflows that connect AI models, APIs and team tools. They trigger on real events, pass work between AI and people, and log every step so a person can check it. My team uses them for documentation, QA notes and production chores, so their time goes to design decisions.
I designed and built this portfolio with AI in the loop, from layout to code.

Enterprise onboarding product, part of a multi-product UX strategy spanning HRMS, Wellness, Rewards & Recognition, Hobby Club, and Sales Incentives.

Wellness offering introduced as a new product line, expanding the company’s employee-experience portfolio.

Sales Incentives product introduced as a new offering in the recognition and rewards platform.

UX strategy and design direction for Rewards & Recognition, a core product line in an employee-experience platform.

Hobby Club, an employee-engagement product in the suite, designed under a shared UX strategy across product lines.

UX for Axtria’s flagship cloud-based commercial data management platform, designed from early concept. The dashboard and workflow experience helped DataMAx become a top performer among major pharma clients.

Led UX for Axtria’s sales planning and operations platform, turning complex territory and segmentation workflows into an intuitive interface for pharma sales-ops teams.

UX for an ML-driven next-best-action platform. I designed how recommendations are shown, explained and acted on, so commercial teams could trust them when deciding how and when to engage healthcare providers.

Design owner for iBerry's brand and product experience: brand identity, UI system, and UX from zero through launch across multiple digital-learning applications.
Two systems where AI and n8n do the repeat work, each with its map, flows, screens and deck on one page, then the other projects that have AI or automation inside.

UX and design system for Skywalk Consultant's AI recruitment platform. n8n workflows screen and route candidates, and a command center lets recruiters see, check and override every AI decision.

Seven n8n builds on one hub: a portfolio chat assistant, an interview-prep web app, a daily design digest, inbox triage, a morning briefing, two chat agents and a Claude to Gemini image pipeline. Results land in Discord, Telegram and Gmail, and most of them run every day.
These sit in Case studies too. Each note says where the AI or automation shows up.

UX for an ML-driven next-best-action platform. I designed how recommendations are shown, explained and acted on, so commercial teams could trust them when deciding how and when to engage healthcare providers.
A next-best-action product: the AI suggests what to do, and the design explains each suggestion and lets a rep override it.
Turns a client's free-text brief into a structured record that waits for review.
Where recruiters see what the AI did, why, and what is waiting for them.
The candidate side, the client side and the records behind both.
Answers recruiter questions on the site and logs every chat to Discord and Telegram.
A web app served entirely from n8n that builds a plan and scores practice answers for designers.
Reads ten sources each morning and posts a ranked top five.
Splits Gmail into Discord channels so job leads stop hiding between newsletters.
Posts the day's calendar and open tasks at 8 AM.
Voice notes and email drafting from chat, built to learn agents, tools and memory.
Claude hands a prompt to a webhook, Gemini draws the image and Gmail delivers it.

// Signature Case
A recruiter command center on top of n8n automation for Skywalk Consultant. The workflows do the repeat work, and every AI step shows its reasoning and waits for a person.
View Case StudyRecruiters spend their day reading CVs, matching them to roles, chasing follow-ups and updating trackers. AI that decides without explaining is not something they can trust with someone's career.
The design question is how much a person should see and control. Every recommendation needs its reasons, a one step override, and an approval before anything reaches a candidate or a client.
n8n workflows handle intake, AI structuring and routing. A command center shows recruiters what the AI did, why, and what is waiting, with a review queue for low confidence results.
In build. The job intake workflow and the design system are done, and the review and pipeline screens are being connected. No time savings are claimed until they are measured.
// What I lead
Architect UX strategy and design direction for enterprise products. Translate business objectives into scalable, user-centered design strategies, with stakeholder alignment, product discovery, and roadmap planning.
// Process
Before screens, I align on project goals, user needs, and business constraints: interviews, discovery, and a design direction stakeholders can act on.
Wireframes, prototypes, and UI in parallel with engineering. Every component stays maintainable, and design stays on the sprint board in Jira.
Design QA through release, then post-release quality. Usability testing continues after launch.

I’ve spent 18 years in UX, the last few neck-deep in AI product design. Production got cheap. Judgment didn’t. The designers thriving right now aren’t the ones who learned the most prompts — they’re the ones who got faster at asking “is this actually right?”

AI can make designers faster — that doesn’t automatically make a design team better. On my team, AI helps with research synthesis, early exploration, critique and prototyping. Designers stay accountable for context, accessibility, trust and the final call. Accelerate → Review → Decide.

Continuous learning is part of the craft — UI/UX, prototyping, design systems, wireframing, and user-centered problem solving. Each milestone sharpens judgment and keeps delivery sharper.

A UX portfolio is not about pretty screens — it’s about how you think. In three minutes a recruiter should see the problem, your role, your process, and the outcome. Quality over quantity: 2–3 strong case studies beat eight weak ones.

I'm open to design leadership roles. Send me a note and I'll reply within two working days.
